Over the past weekend Mt. San Jacinto College experienced multiple internet outage at our Menifee Valley Campus. Services that were impacted due to the internet outage include, but are not limited too, Institutional Website (https://www.msjc.edu), Blackboard (https://my.msjc.edu), and EagleAdvisor (https://ea.msjc.edu). The first outage occurred approximately between 4:00pm lasting through 5:30pm on Saturday June 25th, 2016. The Second outage occurred approximately between 5:40pm lasting through 8:30pm on Sunday June 26th, 2016. The outage was caused due to failed hardware that power the Menifee campus’s network equipment that provides internet access.
