UPDATE: 8/1/2019 6:40 AM – We have completed our maintenance on EagleAdvisor and Self-Service, and these systems are now available.

NOTICE:  8/1/2019 2:34 AM – MSJC is experiencing system issues that will require us to perform emergency maintenance on EagleAdvisor and Self-Service. These systems will remain unavailable until we have completed the maintenance, and there is currently no estimate for how long this will take. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

SYSTEM: Planned System Outage – 7/25/2019

July 22, 2019

MSJC has a scheduled system maintenance for district services on Thursday 7/25/2019 between 3:00am and 8:00am.  During the outage San Jacinto Campus (SJC), Menifee Valley Campus (MVC), and a majority of MSJC‘s technology services will be intermittently unavailable.

During the planned outage window, users will experience a service interruption to the following primary services:

You may still continue access the following services:

  • Instructional web server services
  • Instructional Remote Desktop Services RDS (apps.msjc.edu)

Other web services could be unavailable during this time for intermittent intervals due to the maintenance.
